I am a International best-selling author and writer. I help women (and a few brave men) heal, grow and develop themselves, so they can create the lives they want. Ones they both desire and deserve.
Are you wiling to : Tell the Truth. Be Humble Enough to Accept Your Gifts. Live in the Present. Show up in Love. Live in Freedom. Be willing to Shine.
I had to learn to love myself, forgive myself and stay true to myself. So, how did I transform my own life? First by learning when to say the simple word "No" and when to say "Yes". I began by telling the truth – first to myself. I couldn't be superwoman 24/7 and live a happy and healthy life. Once I could see my role in creating my experience ( be it a good or bad experience ) I identified the patterns.
Now I change people’s lives and most important relationships through what I call: Live An Authentic Life. Live An Authentic Life
What you’re experiencing?…I know what you’re feeling. I’ve been where you’ve been. I’ve not just studied it and read about it – although I have also done that too, I’ve been there. And I came through it. As your teacher and guide, I will take you by the hand and lead you through the fires of your most important relationships. I have built my life and practice around the idea of living in truth because truth was the driving force of change in my own life. HAving an honest heart to heart with yourself is the place to start,
As soon as I could be genuinely honest with myself about what I was and what I was not (along with a healthy dose of self-forgiveness), it transformed my life, my relationships, the way I loved myself and everybody else. Truth led me back to my heart, it led me to my purpose and to following my calling.
So, my life’s work is now based on the belief that if we can be truly honest with ourselves and one another. We can make the choice to show up in love each day and to live in freedom. We can be free from mediocre & drama-filled relationships that no longer serve us. We can drop the stories of others and all the voices around us who make us fell inferior, so we can hear our own truth. We no longer look to others for our own self-worth. We can heal the wounds from past painful relationships and not carry that baggage into future relationships. We can get crystal clear about the kind of love we desire and then attract that into our lives.
