Our lives are full to capacity with all kinds of time commitments, work, family and errands but I don't believe we have to sacrifice our health for it. Everyday I find new ways to honor the divine within, our soul and our health must remain as a priority. Berry Smoothie :
1 cup of frozen berries 1/2 non fat yogurt or vegan yogurt 1 teaspoon honey a dash of cinnamon 1/2 cup of orange juice
Blend all of your ingredients. I use a vitamix, but any blender will work just fine for this recipe. Lots of love!

Raspberry salad bowl with dressing:
One pint of fresh organic raspberries (save half to add to your salad) 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup high quality cold-pressed organic olive oil 1/3 cup raspberry balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon of raw honey Pink salt and fresh pepper to taste
Blend all of your ingredients. I use a vitamix, but any blender will work just fine for this recipe. Serve over your favorite green salad or add to romaine, avocado, red onion, edamame, walnuts, etc......... and lots of love!
