Helping others with their food choices our community provides support. Everyone wants to be thinner and leaner but there is so much information out there no one knows where to even start. I myself have done so many diets. Some which worked for the short term then failed. After spending loads of money on exercise equipment, powders, bars, vitamins, walking mile after mile, following clean eating plans not much worked. Something was missing. My body had not changed much. I wasn’t happy to have spent hard earned money on products which had not worked but that only left me frustrated. So many of us struggle with our weight but there are no clear answers often why. Our doctors don’t find anything out of the ordinary but the weight doesn’t come off. To make it more confusing we hear about all these different diets out there today – No Fat, No Carbs, Juicing, High Fat, Drinks, Fasting, Powders, Bars, etc. The sad thing is I had studied nutrition in college it wasn’t like I didn’t know much about nutrition. I like everyone else needed more answers.
